Corporate Maturity & Execution Capacity
Origin in Environmental Services Holding
SGreen was born as the industrial refining and energy arm of Environmental Services, a holding company with a consolidated history in environmental management, collection, and disposal of hazardous waste for multinationals such as Coca-Cola, Ambev, and Gerdau.
Founder's Execution Capacity
Led by Adriano Feitosa Barbosa (Engineer, Research Institute Director, and Co-author of the Brazilian Smart Cities Charter), responsible for designing and building from scratch a R$ 12.5M industrial unit in operational heavy assets.
Fleet & Partner Ecosystem
Operation supported by a dedicated hazardous transport fleet structure combined with co-processing alliances with large partner industrial parks.
Capital Efficiency in the Global SAF Revolution
Valuation of Complex Bio-oils
Large industries generate industrial waste and bio-oils rich in high-value molecules. SGreen performs precision fractionation, extracting noble biocompounds for the chemical industry and directing the oily fraction for energy.
Capital Efficiency vs. Global Players
While global SAF projects (Prometheus Fuels, LanzaJet, Acelen) raise hundreds of millions to billions of dollars in greenfield projects, SGreen delivers the pre-treatment of purified HEFA-Grade Feedstock with millions in savings thanks to the reuse of its already built physical infrastructure.
The Hub-and-Spoke Industrial Architecture: Scalability meets Efficiency
Our operational model is designed for maximum capital efficiency and rapid scalability. The Central Biofactory Hub (Artur Nogueira - SP) serves as our primary heavy industrial facility, fully equipped for complex chemical reactions, zero-moisture vacuum distillation, and the production of standardized HEFA-Grade SAF Feedstock.
Complementing the Hub, our Decentralized Biofactories (Spoke Units) are modular, plug-and-play pre-treatment plants deployed directly at the facilities of major industrial waste generators. This architecture drastically reduces logistical costs, purifies raw materials at the source, and secures a continuous, high-margin supply chain while delivering immediate ESG value to our corporate partners.
Growth Roadmap & Value Creation (2026 - 2030)
Our growth strategy is built around a disciplined path to scale, combining operational expansion, technological deployment, and strategic partnerships to unlock long-term value across the SAF ecosystem.
Phase 1 (2026): Industrial Scale-up & Initial Operations
Final commissioning of the Artur Nogueira Hub, securing post-licensing operational expansion (CETESB), deploying our dedicated transport fleet, and executing our first commercial deliveries of purified feedstock to refiners
Phase 2 (2027 - 2028): Decentralized Network & Global Certifications
Deployment of modular Spoke Biofactories directly at major waste generators, rapid expansion of B2B closed-loop tolling contracts, and securing key international sustainability certifications (such as ISCC PLUS and RSB).
Phase 3 (2029 - 2030): Global Scale & SAF Joint Ventures
nternational expansion of the Hub-and-Spoke processing model, structuring strategic Joint Ventures for unified SAF refining, and positioning SGreen on a trajectory for a multi-billion-dollar valuation.
Corporate Track Record

Industrial Business Model and Financial Predictability
Inbound — Gate Fee
Direct revenue upon receipt and treatment of hazardous waste and industrial sludge captured by Environmental Services. Immediate and predictable cash flow.
Closed-Loop — Tolling
Reprocessing of paint sludge and solvent waste, returning high-purity recycled thinner and solvents to the generating factory itself with a B2B discount.
Outbound Premium
Sale of HEFA-Grade Feedstock to aviation fuel refineries (e.g., Petrobras) and commercialization of extracted biocompounds for the fine chemical industry.
R$ 12.5M Manufacturing Infrastructure & Proprietary Intelligence
R&D Center
Proprietary chemical R&D core dedicated to waste fractionation engineering, advanced molecular analysis, and international quality certifications (ISCC PLUS).
Strategic Partnership
As an associated company and strategic partner of the São José dos Campos Technological Park (PIT SJC), SGreen strengthens its technical cooperation and insertion into the aerospace and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) innovation hub.

Global Ecosystem Engagement
Global Ecosystem Engagement
Led by Adriano Feitosa Barbosa, SGreen’s leadership actively participates in leading international technology and climate platforms, including Vivatech (Paris) and GITEX (Dubai). These strategic missions focus on benchmarking deep-tech scalability, capturing early international market trends, and establishing pre-marketing relationships with foreign investment syndicates.
European Market Extension (Belgium)
Selected for the VivaTech Extension to Belgium program — backed by ApexBrasil, hub.brussels, and Flanders Investment & Trade —, SGreen extended its European roadmap straight into Brussels and Ghent. The mission focused on auditing the Brussels Cleantech Incubator (Greenbizz), assessing EU Innovation Programs, and structuring the legal and fiscal frameworks for our future European sustainable fuel subsidiary.
